About Odysseas Lamprianidis

Yia-Su! My roots are on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, Greece, and I bring that same sense of connection, integrity, and commitment to the relationships I build with my clients.

With a background in Finance from Loyola Marymount University, I approach real estate with both a financial and analytical perspective. I understand that whether purchasing a home, selling a property, or evaluating an investment opportunity, the numbers matter. I use financial analysis, market data, and return-on-investment considerations to help my clients make informed and confident real estate decisions.

My professional experience also gives me a unique understanding of properties beyond the transaction itself. I began my career working with city permits and the expediting process for multifamily residential projects and luxury homes. This provided me with valuable firsthand knowledge of permitting, development, construction processes, and the complexities that can arise when working with municipalities and residential projects.

I later worked as a Water, Mold, and Fire Damage Specialist, where I gained additional experience evaluating property-related issues and working with homeowners during challenging situations. My background as a Customer Success Manager further strengthened my communication, problem-solving, client service, and negotiation skills.

Together, these experiences have given me a well-rounded foundation in real estate, finance, property development, and client representation. I understand that a successful transaction requires more than simply finding or selling a property. It requires attention to detail, strong communication, strategic negotiation, and the ability to identify potential issues and opportunities throughout the process.

As a Realtor with the Melissa Zee Group at Christie's International Real Estate SoCal I am committed to providing my clients with a high level of service while helping them navigate each transaction strategically and confidently. My goal is to build long-term relationships and become a trusted real estate resource for my clients well beyond the close of escrow.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me at the gym, rock climbing, enjoying the beach, or putting my construction skills to work building the occasional sandcastle.
